Wave Life is a mental health app that offers personalized content and affordable 1:1 mental health coaching, supporting users in building emotional regulation skills.
Key objectives for the redesign included:
Developing a streamlined onboarding experience that clearly communicates Wave’s value and maximizes new user engagement.
Structuring an app experience that enables effective skill-building with tools for both long-term goals and immediate needs.
Introducing a personalized messaging system to support user engagement through tailored provider recommendations.
