This project is a prompt-designed journaling product: a structured library that helps users decode nervous-system-driven patterns (fear, spirals, over-functioning, shutdown) through guided self-inquiry. I treated ChatGPT like a “reflection model” and designed prompts that are progressive (surface → root → reframe → integrate), written in body-readable language, and bounded by clear safety disclaimers (informational, not clinical care). The result is a lightweight, scalable self-development companion—distributed through my audience as an optional resource—showing how I think about prompt architecture, tone, and user safety in an AI journaling context.
